All of our professional bartenders are TIPS SafeServe certified and fully insured (including workman's comp). Crew chiefs have 5 years of experience or more. To get it done right, you need the right team with the right experience. Our barbacks are pros at finding a way to get it done. All team members are sharp, conversational and right on point when it comes to seemingly effortless good service. You need the right team with the right experience.
Waitstaff
We feature sharp hard-working waitstaff, who can assist in all areas of event service including setup, breakdown and cleanup, passed apps, buffet setup and service, wine pouring, champagne toast pours, and complete bussing (including scraping, rinsing and re-racking of Host rental dinnerware and glassware). We can supplement a caterer’s staff or provide a full-service staff where a food truck or gourmet caterer may need support.
Consulting
At no extra cost or fees, we provide full beverage-related and event services planning working seamlessly hand-in-hand with wedding coordinators, rental companies, caterers and other vendors. We provide Hosts with valuable know-how and a detailed purchase order that saves time and money. You'll know exactly what you need — how much and how many. You buy it. We safely serve it. You save!

Pricing & What’s Included
Every wedding and event is a uniquely personalized improv. Therefore, PR Bartending & Waitstaff does not produce one-size-fits-all, money-wasting packages. Instead Hosts receive and pay for exactly what’s needed to meld seamlessly into service requirements and reception vision. A customized service, PR Bartending & Waitstaff is always there for Hosts throughout the planning process -- all consultations are free. Also included: all coordination with planners, caterers, equipment rental vendors and beverage-side deliveries; all crew labor, travel, tolls, parking, insurance, towing, taxes and fees; all the basic bar equipment for service such as a sanitary cocktail ice chest, plated wine tub; all bar tools, towels, bussing bins, and any sanitary protective gear.
